Qigong
Qigong, pronounced (cheegung), is an ancient healing practice that focuses on movement, breath, and meditation. It deepens our connection to the rhythms of nature and activates our life force energy within.
The standard issue for self-care is to eat right, exercise, and get plenty of rest. We have many tugs on our time and demands for our attention. Qigong helps to harmonize and strengthen our body and calm an overstimulated mind. Without a program to keep us emotionally fit, we will eventually burn out, meltdown, or crash.
Short routines can be practiced daily and customized for specific needs.
